As the Founder and CEO of Sagamore Advisory, Doug brings a track record of driving financial transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth for businesses ranging from fast-scaling startups to mature, private equity-backed enterprises.

Throughout his career, Doug has served in C-suite and senior finance roles—most notably as CFO of Kenwood Auto Body, Signature Collision Centers, Greenheart Juice Shops, and Canusa Corporation. His leadership has been pivotal in executing sales, implementing enterprise-wide financial systems, securing multimillion-dollar funding, and leading strategic turnarounds. Doug’s approach is hands-on and results-driven, emphasizing data-informed decision making, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution.

Doug holds a Master of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and a BBA in Accounting from Niagara University.
